Built-In / In-Ground Hot Tubs: In-ground and built-in spas require more involved tear-down, cutting the shell, removing surrounding decking or concrete, and hauling away all the materials. We handle the full scope, including debris from the surrounding structure when it needs to come out with the tub.
Swim Spas: Swim spas are significantly larger and heavier than standard hot tubs, often 12 to 20 feet long and 2,000+ pounds. We have the equipment and crew size to handle these, but they require a site assessment before we can quote. Call us to discuss access and logistics.
